OK. I'm quick if you give me enough time, but I don't get it.

Aren't the top and bottom images identical? How can one be wrong and the other correct?

The idea is that if you try to insert a USB stick right side up, chances are it won't seem to fit. So you turn it over and once again, it doesn't fit. Third time's a charm.
