Hi Bob - once I spotted "her" closed eyes, then her face became more attractive. So definitely a female. I think these 2 parts of the image marked seem to outline bare female breasts cleverly painted to disguise them. Note that the lines show a rounded protrusion extending outward toward the arms. There are other clues but pointing them out might be unseemly. Besides which, virtually all of the body painting pics I've seen are of females, not males.
