I can understand wheelie bins as they are plentiful; but it seems police had the hay bales trucked in which seems an awful amount of effort!? Though its a small community, it doesn't particularly look like a farming community based on the surroundings. Great sense of humour by the police entitling their media release: "Aye Karumba!"

I suppose that they often use Ay, Karumba jokingly there.
