Print and eat

Post by Rudi »

3D printer Foodini promises to whip up delicious meals in a jiffy
Although the Foodini sounds like the perfect kitchen appliance to encourage laziness, the machine for now can only take care of the time-consuming preparation processes. The cooking is still left to the person using it. For instance, it can lay out the pizza dough and cover it with a generous dollop of tomato sauce and a pile of ingredients, but the person will still have to place the pizza in the oven for it to cook. Kucksma, however, says Natural Machines is working on a new model that will solve the solution of different cooking temperatures so that it can print and cook the food all in one go.
More yummy samples especially for Chris.

Give or take a few years and we will have those Star Trek replicators in every kitchen...

Now we just need to work on the "beam me up Scotty" transporters.

Rudi

Perhaps an idea for a restaurant - a Foodini at every table. You select what you want to eat on the display, then look while your meal is being printed and cooked.
Best wishes,
Hans

As in Pizza

Since it's in German: Girls are employed as new secretaries and asked to order a pizza, question of the pizza guy is, do you want it delivered the normal way, and the rest is obvious
Cheers, Claude.

Also, I saw no settings for measuring cayenne pepper by the bucket full.

Or for getting rid of it.

I think I'll stick with the Cooking Forum in Eileen's Lounge.
