2) The lower one actually says "KFG" instead of "KFC".
3) The lower one doesn't have ® after the name.
4) The location of the text is different.
5) The colonel doesn't have a bow tie in the lower one.
6) The goatees are slightly different.
7) The lower one has a ring around the colonel.

Plus the Chinese (?) text of course.

On the lower one his head is mostly below the KFC and in the upper one it is mostly above it.
It appears there's also a difference in the shades of red used.
