This post reminds me of this article I recall about 2 years back on a sale of a mansion in Cape Towns prime real estate area, Camps Bay (the Hollywood of Cape Town). Looking at the pictures Hans posted, this mansion doesn't compare, but you have to expect that if you're gonna pay a third of the price. The views are magnificent though!!!

I look at pics of homes like this one or the one Hans posted and I wonder who does the cleaning? Can you imagine the amount of dust and spider webs!!!
