Interested in buying a house?

Post by HansV »

If you have US$ 139,000,000 to spare, you can buy a modest house in Florida:

935 Hillsboro Mile, Hillsboro Beach, FL 33062

I'm sure you can add some closets for an additional $ 10,000,000 or so...

A friend was joking with us the other day, and asked if we had a new Grumpy Cat. I said, no, we just have Rather Annoyed Cat.

The house is quite magnificent. For that price I only have one but...............where is all the furniture!!!

This post reminds me of this article I recall about 2 years back on a sale of a mansion in Cape Towns prime real estate area, Camps Bay (the Hollywood of Cape Town). Looking at the pictures Hans posted, this mansion doesn't compare, but you have to expect that if you're gonna pay a third of the price. The views are magnificent though!!!

The house even has it's own webpage: http://www.enigmamansion.com

PS: Renting the property will cost R155 000 a day.
Regards,
Rudi

And they also show furniture.

If the engineering showed that the structure was secured well enough to eliminate the danger of falling into the sea below, I'd love to live there ! Just needs a diving board !!

The cheeses I like don't need a cellar, like Limburger

One of these days, some kind soul is going to make a hyperlinked list of all videos in which Cleese/Palin play shopkeeper/customer roles.
I'd do it but I'm way too busy right now ...
