Brilliant Effort!
... by the Wolfman Mike, Claude - King of the Cheeses and doubtless others. Muchos guys! And even a proper set of smilies. Is it my imagination, or does this one run smoother and faster than the Windows Secrets one?

Re: Brilliant Effort!
OK, just saw the official list of usual suspects who made it all possible:
Charlotte, Claude, HansV, Leif, mwolfman (who set up the server and the software ) and StuartR. to all of you for all your efforts.
And I can't believe it - I've just finished reading every post in the Lounge!

Whooee, what a Sunday morning awakening present! I'm gonna tell ya what a blubbering slob I am right now AND I've already spent several minutes changing my profile, but I'm still crying: The Name and the Header of this new place has brung tears to my eyes, I can't help it! Excellent choice Claude and Team!
And Katie! Dang, I thought you'd fallen off the end of the earth! Jeez, it's good to see you again LadyWolf!
Unlike Alan, I've only taken a brief look around. So, I've gotta go do my reading. But I did first look at the "attendees" to see who beat me here. That's what I get for not arising until 6 am!
Welcome Home everyone and GREAT JOB, Claude, Mike and the Admins for getting us off the ground again...
. . . For Business !!!

Now, if you took a Leif out of my book, you'd have been up and at 'em, ready for action immediately upon arrival of the dispatch.
Oh... did I happen to mention I'm on Kilo time? That's Zulu +10 to you.

This is going to be like an inverted Christmas night; as a kid you sometimes couldn't sleep the night before; I'm not going to be able to sleep the night after.

Re: Brilliant Effort!
Thanks Alan, however I didn't really do anything other than a bit of testing. It's mainly Mike, Hands, oops, sorry, Hans, Leif and Stuart's achievement.AlanMiller wrote:Charlotte, Claude, HansV, Leif, mwolfman (who set up the server and the software ) and StuartR. to all of you for all your efforts.
Alan
The site is now hosted in the UK (which is why there's no Swedish language Argus ) Of course, me being in Australia, this means that I have to wait for all those electrons to make it all the way down under as I appear to be sleeping when you guys are populating this place with knowledge and wisdom.
Just ask Geoff and Alan.
Furthermore, tomorrow is Australia Day which means that we have to go to the beach or the park or the pub or the club to celebrate. It sure is tough down here !
Cheers, Claude.

Re: Brilliant Effort!
I seem to be late to the party. Technical difficulties !!! Actually, I was doing system maintenance all day yesterday and when I got the system back online today, the darn email wouldn't work. Some accounts would, but not my main account. Got it sorted and fond Claude's missive to come join the fun.

Re: Brilliant Effort!
Today was Australia Day (45 minutes to go)
But when the big event in Canberra was the night before, it was not a great outcome.
I have to pay double time to employees working today. (Normally it's 2.5 normal time but I pay higher normal time).
So I'm paying double for people who are hung over. Or in one case, still not sober.
A minority- most are extremely good.
But an expensive minority.
