Probably the office of the people that painted the sign in our village that guides you to queue to the left for the small supermarket and to the the right for a couple of other shops. I don't have a photo of it but the list of the two shops to the right are up against the right hand edge of the sign and directly underneath each other, like this:
    BUTCHER
    PHARMCY

They could have made the sign more noticeable if they used red colored tape.

I know there must be a pedant here.

Is it 'graphic designer' or 'graphics designer' to indicate one who designs graphics?

I'd suggest that graphic is an adjective, and so "graphic" is correct. Like interior designer, web designer or fashion designer.

It's really down to how much you pay the designer.
If s/he is a graphics designer, you will get a number of graphics out of him/her for your money.
If s/he is a graphic designer, you will only get a single graphic out of him/her, unless you apply what barristers call "a refresher*".
