Dear Community,
We have a printer task alpha 3511i laser printer. if i want to change any settings we need to go command center. But i forgot the password to login but i know only IP of the printer. Now how to reset the password of that command center. Guys do you have any idea.

See I forgot the password entered in Command Center under "BASIC > Account Settings".

Already i saw this page sir. But i don't understand how to do it. I mean where to use this parameter U 24. In password tab or some where else. What will happen if we use this parameter only the printer hard disk will be format. It's not a problem if the hard disk only format. But we need our printer should be work as usual i mean printer software or printer OS should not be format. Because if everything is format then we need to install it again. I don't how to install it back.

I'm afraid I cannot help you with that. I don't have a Kyocera printer, so I don't know how its interface works.
