This isn't philosophical, this is just talking about how 99.99% of real people take pictures and enjoy the outcome.

To see how far removed from reality the remaining 0.01% of people are read any dedicated photography forum on the web. You usually have to wade through an awfully lot of stuff that's high on opinion but low on content before you find anything of note.

:whisper: just don't mention your approach to a serious photographer, they'd react like an Englishman abroad, i.e. when you don't understand their tirade explaining how wrong that is, they won't rephrase it in language you do follow, they will just repeat the same tirade only louder!
