I have moved this thread from 'Other MS Office Applications' to 'Other Applications' since it is not related to MS Office.
Best wishes,
Hans

Try Duplicate Cleaner. There is a free version and a more powerful paid version:

I can vouch for Duplicate Cleaner. I've been using the free version of it for a long time and the results it turns up are excellent. IMHO its one of the better file duplicate cleaners around.

For just finding duplicate PHOTOS, I use Duplicate Photo Finder Plus.
Free at:
http://duplicatefilefinder4pc.com/dupli ... .htm#usage" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There is a companion Duplicate File Finder at the same site but I've never use it.

Similar question just appeared in the X2 forums regarding images. DupDetector from Prismatic Software was mentioned and highly regarded for removing exact and similar photos ... http://dupdetector.software.informer.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Couldn't locate the home site for Prismatic...

I have used VisiPicsin the past to find and remove duplicate images.
It worked well for my purposes.
