I'm trying to convert multiple PDF files to Microsoft word. But I could get online software that could convert either 1 or five documents at a time.
I would be pleased if anyone could help me to get a free software that could convert multiple files for free.
Any help on this would be kindly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Convert PDF to word
Hi adam,
I have lots of this type of utilities. What I do is I download the free, and thus restricted, version of anything that promises to do the task I need to complete. Once I'm happy with the result, I pay the minimal amount that most authors for minor utilities ask to get the full version. Keeps me happy, and it keeps them able to introduce improvements and the like.
Just saying, that's all.
Cheers, Claude.
P.S., I produced and distributed my own shareware many many years ago, and I was certainly grateful to anyone who paid the registration fee.

Re: Convert PDF to word
Hi,
I have been using both of these for a while now and they have provided satisfactory results (IMHO). Of course nothing will be able to beat Adobe Acrobat Pro when it comes to accurate conversions, but for basic conversions these free apps do the job.
See: http://www.pdfsam.org/basic-version/
and http://www.pdflabs.com/tools/pdftk-the-pdf-toolkit/
BTW: If you have access to Word 2013, it has a built in PDF converter which does a very good job of making the text and graphics editable...

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

If you have installed a scanner, they all come with a OCR program.
Most of them (OCR program) can read a PDF file into any word processor.

Re: Convert PDF to word
Converting PDF files to Word is fairly straightforward - if they are plain text.
I've just been trying to convert a one-page form, and this seems beyond the capabilities of any of the online services I've tried...
