I recently downloaded a binary file but cannot get it to install.
What I have on my computer is PIC1
If I click on Application I get the message PIC2
If I click on PART File I get PIC3
Help please. What do I do?

It looks like the download didn't complete fully - the executable (.exe) is 0 KB. The other file (.exe.part) is probably a temporary file that should have been deleted once the download is complete.
To be on the safe side, I'd delete both files, then download the file again.
