Some time ago, I saw this in the inernet but can't find it now since i don't remember the name. It was a web based application that groups can use to check for a days and times that are acceptable for an event. When everyone has finished the app identifies the best day and time.
I can't seem to find anything like this now. It is a little like survey monkey except it is days and times.

Any clues here: ScheduleOnce lets you forget about time zones, reach meeting consensus with ease | Webware - CNET? There are references to other reviews too.

Re: Looking for a 'consensus' app
Thanks... none of those were quite what I was seeking. However, it did inspire me to use better search terms and I came up with the following:
http://lifehacker.com/5530282/needtomee ... up-to-meet" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and
http://lifehacker.com/5218394/whichdate ... t-planning" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and
http://lifehacker.com/376434/when-is-go ... r-everyone" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I finally settled on http://www.needtomeet.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
