Get it from IE9 release candidate.

NOTE: If you run an OS that is older than Vista you are out of luck with IE9.

I see the finalized version of IE9 is out at 9 Pacific Time tonight and I wondered if I have to uninstall IE9 RC first or if it will upgrade like it was a MS patch? BTW I've enjoyed RC immensely and have been using it exclusively over FF the past few weeks.

IIRC, you can install the RTM version over RC. But I won't try that until I read it on the IE9 web site.

See IE9 globally available for details. If you have IE9 RC, you can update via WU.
