Needs your suggestion in my logo design

Hello all
i hope you can get some suggestion on my logo which i don't like it to much ... the logo is for a youtube channel(sia4tech) for computer and network training
my current logo is as below which i don't like it too much

so what you suggest me to modify in order to make it looks more professional

The first one is a bit crowded with the squares behind the name.
I like the second one - it is nice and clear. But it is not very specific.
The third one is better than the first one, but it still has a lot of text.

Perhaps #2 with just one line of text? I'm not a graphical designer though, so I'd wait for others' comments.

Number 02.png is awfully close to resembling the Skype logo!

The trend nowadays is to go simple; think of all the social media icons for example. I agree that #2 is good, but as Keith mentions, try to avoid it looking like other logos. A simple logo with a bit of explanatory text (if necessary) or just the YouTube channel name, should be sufficient. Think less reading and more the instant recognition of a unique simplified logo.
