Chat window for blog

I was just wondering how to apply a chat window for my blog. Any help on this would be kindly appreciated.

I don't know if this is exactly what is required, but Windows Live Messenger (which users can connect to to Facebook, AIM, Yahoo messenger) can apparently be easily embedded in any web site.
I've never done this so don't know how it would work/ if it's even fit for your purpose... but here you go
