Hi All
This post is a shot in the dark and hopefully in the right forum.
On our web page we give our clients the ability to make a booking, when completed a PDF is emailed to the client and it contains 1 page with 2 copies of our awb, and then depending on the number of pieces pages with labels (4 to a page, so 6 boxes would generate 2 pages). This all works fine but we now want to add the ability to have a Customs invoice also included in the PDF, which the web developer has managed to do but instead of going to the expected page on the web it goes to an explorer error which can be cured by pushing the back button but looks messy (the correct email is sent as above and with the invoice.
It is suspected that it is do do with the length of the URL and I have Googled and it seems that there is a limit of 2048.
Can anybody confirm this and advise if there is a way to change this to a greater amount?

See Maximum URL length is 2,083 characters in Internet Explorer.
Could you use something TinyURL.com - shorten that long URL into a tiny URL?
