Possible DNS problem on Thursday 8th March.
If nothing else you could test whether if your computer is infected with the DNSChanger virus, and from that webpage link to see what the FBI has to say about it!

Good of you to mention, for those that haven't heard about it.
Yes, we do get security alerts every week (even though this one isn't of the same kind)...
But I also looked at it from this perspective:
No Internet access = Panic.
Being infected and redirected = business as usual, i.e. fine.
Seems to be.

It seems like it's not this week's security panic after all.
The deadline has been extended to July 9th.

Guess everyone, with infected PCs, can be lazy for another 4 months now.
The deadline has been extended to July 9th.
