Is it recommended to use Microsoft Windows Maliciious Software Removal Tool? I currently use Avast, Ccleaner, Ad-Aware, Mbam, SotwareBlaster.

Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool is released on the 2nd Tuesday of each month together with the monthly updates. It is mostly intended as an additional protection for the many PCs that don't have adequate security software, so strictly speaking you don't need it. But on the other hand, it won't harm to have an extra check, and it takes only a few minutes per month (if you allow it to install, it runs automatically then quits), so I'd do it (I do so).
