Backup software for PCIE SSDs

Can anyone recommend backup software that is compatible and works with PCIE SSDs (size 2280)?

I tried installing ShadowProtect (version 7.0.2) on a laptop with a PCIE SSD and the laptop crashed became unbootable. I then tried booting up using the ShadowProtect Recovery Environment, but the PCIE SSD was not visible (only the NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD was visible, not the PCIE SSD that I was trying to restore to).

I understand ShadowProtect has compatibility issues with PCIE SSDs.
