Hi. when I run Malwarebytes and it finds multiple malicious software items is there some way to tick all the boxes without laboriously having to select every one individually before removal? Thanks Dave.

Click on any of the items to select it.
Then right-click that item.
Select "Check all items" from the context menu.
Click the "Remove Selected" button to remove all those items in one go.
