Both my wife and I are having problems sending email on two separate computers, one suing Windows 7 the other XP Pro. Both are using Thunderdbird 8. I've attached the error message which says the connection to the server timed out. Could it because we have a new router? We can both receive email without any problem. Does anyone know what we need to do to start being able to send email again. Thanks

I would say that there is problems with the server, contact your ISP.

Thanks Dave, we need to change the port. It would have been nice if our ISP had informed us instead of leaving us to figure it out for ourselves.
