Mozilla Forums Registration Problem

Has anyone tried to register a new account with Mozilla Forums lately?

I ask because I managed to have my old ISP email addresses stopped before getting my new ISP email domain name established everywhere. This means that I cannot receive or access emails with the old ISP email domain name. This means that I cannot reset passwords or receive reactivation emails. This makes it necessary to set up a new identity and account on the Mozilla Forums.

The problem is that I can provide all the correct data except for the CAPTCHA answer. The quesion is: "How many letters in Mozilla?" The answers "seven" or "Seven" are not valid, apparently . . . or I've forgotten how to count! I tried various options until I exceeded the limit the place on attempts to register an account. To my knowledge, there is no way to contact and admin directly nor can I find a help/support link.

Anyone else encountered this and successfully navigated around it?

Just as I typed it. It said "letters" as well, not characters which might have included the question mark.

Maybe I have looked at it too long and have a mental block (not too difficult these days as age is catching up with me).

God, I, and all in the Universe but the Challenge Question creator answered the literal 7.
Most don't read Signatures but the following is part of my Mozillazine Forum Signature
