Gmail - cannot scroll

I can't see the full panel on left side of screen. Have changed Display options, doesn't help. My panel stops at "Trash"
I don't see a 'More" button, if there is one.

I also - sometimes - can't see the full panel to Sign Out. Scrolling doesn't work here either.I do know it's location, so I click on the top of its barely visible box.

Appreciate a solution. Thank you.

Which browser are you using?

Firefox (60.0.1) Was better in Pale Moon, but would rather use ff.

I changed font size (duh) and that seems to have worked.

Someone set up Hangout for me and I can't figure out how to delete it in left-hand panel. If deleted from there, I'm assuming
I can enable it, somehow, when needed?

Sorry, just found the Chat setting (was searching for 'Hangouts).
