Try pressing Ctrl+Shift+I.

Hi Hans......Assuming the last character is "l" results in the "Distribution list" appearing on screen whilst hitting the (i) key opens I.E. any further suggestions? Thanks again Dave.

..................just done a bit of digging & note that Ctrl +Shift+I is not assigned to anything so it seems that what should be a default setting is missing. To rectify this do I have to restore the computer to its original setting by hitting the "Reset All" tab? If this is the case I suppose all the axtra shortcut keyboard combinations I have created will have to be re-assigned!
