Hi,
I have a user that claims to have the Mark as Unread option is missing in his context menu when right clicking on an email in his inbox.
I am unaware this this menu can be edited. Is there any bright ideas as to why this command is missing; and how to remedy it?

Perhaps he should repair his Office installation. Or completely remove Office, then reinstall it.
