My appointments all display 2 hours later in my Outlook calendar than the actual time for which they are set. An appointment that is set for 5 pm, for example, displays in my Outlook calendar view at 7 pm. An appointment that is set for 7 am displays in my Outlook calendar view at 9 am.
The following are my settings in Outlook View:
- View | Arrangement | Day
- View | Current View | Change View | Preview
This issue just began a few minutes ago.
Is there a fix for this?

Have you changed your time zone? Or changed your system clock?
Best wishes,

Has the time zone changed in Outlook? Select File > Options, then click Mail Calendar and scroll down to the Time zones section.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

The Time zones section is under File | Options | Calendar (not Mail). It has not changed either.HansV wrote:Has the time zone changed in Outlook? Select File > Options, then click Mail and scroll down to the Time zones section.

Try Outlook's Appointments and Time Zones - Slipstick Systems
And have you rebooted since the issue started?

Rebooting did not help the issue. Moreover, I believe the link you post deals with time zone issues. I did not change my time zone and this does not appear to be a time zone issue. Rather, there is inconsistency in where the appointment appears in the Outlook view (e.g., 1 pm) and the time that is actually set (and retained) in the appointment (e.g., 2 pm).Leif wrote:Try Outlook's Appointments and Time Zones - Slipstick Systems

Perhaps it's a DST setting problem - see Time zones that do not observe daylight saving time and Outlook.

Re: Display of appointments in Outlook Preview 2 hours delay
I just conducted a series of tests that indicate that the problem is connected with Daylight saving time.
On every day starting from 30 Mar. until 25 Oct. (inclusive), my appointments display one hour later than what they are set to. Then, starting on 26 Oct., they display at the same time that they are set to.
Daylight savings time started on 29 Mar. and ends of 25 Oct. 2014 in Nuuk, Greenland according to http://www.timeanddate.com/time/change/greenland/nuuk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
I don’t understand why this is impacting my computer, since my Windows clock is set to UTC +1 (Western Europe) and my Windows clock is not set to adjust for this change.
In any event, the only solution I have found to this issue is to set the Windows clock to automatically adjust to Daylight savings time.

Yes, that's what Microsoft suggests in the article I posted a link to.jmt356 wrote:In any event, the only solution I have found to this issue is to set the Windows clock to automatically adjust to Daylight savings time.
