Hello. Outlook 2013.
When this chap uses the Search Box it doesn't find every matching email. It seems to stop looking at an arbitrary point, even though there are older matching emails.
There is a default ticked Search Option to "Improve Search speed by limiting the number of results shown". I believe this causes a slight delay but it should still continue searching.
Has anyone encountered this?

Re: Search failing to find all
I was going to suggest that you rebuild the Index and provide the steps, but I see it is included in Hans's link.
I have discovered in the past that it is many times an indexing issue.
BTW: Clean out the persons TEMP folder too. :)

Thank you both.
I decided to pass this on and someone else can Rebuild their Index ;) (I decided it wasn't something I should be doing.)
