My friend wants to upgrade from office 2002 to office 2007. The installation process says that he cannot have two versions of outlook. If he accepts the upgrade option, will all his outlook 2002 settings be carried across to 2007?

Make very sure he knows where his Outlook PST file is now located, and (when Outlook is not running) back this up - just in case!
