Hi all
I have 2 problems at the moment with saved signatures
1. Reply or Forward
The signature appears correctly but some of the text on the reply or forward is showing to the right of the signature which I have to then move down so it is below the signature and I can't see how I can stop this in the settings.
2. Rich Text
I always go to start/run and pull up the signature file and change the Rich Text to be the same as the HTML so that my replies are consistently formatted but this signature does not appear in the folder (2 older ones are there), and idea where else they may be saved?

Re: Email Signatures (Outlook 2003)
1. Open the signature.
Position the insertion point at the end.
Press Shift+Enter two or three times.
Save the signature.
2. If you edit the signature from within Outlook, all three versions will be updated automatically. To do so:
Select Tools | Options...
Activate the Mail Format tab.
Click Signatures...
Signatures are stored in:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures on Windows Vista and later
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures on Windows XP.
Position the insertion point at the end.
Press Shift+Enter two or three times.
Save the signature.
