Message previews

Post by jmt356 »

In Outlook, there is a preview of each email that flashes on the bottom right of my screen whenever I get a new email. How can I turn it off? I tried googling it, but all I find is information on preview panes, which I want to keep on.
Regards,

JMT

Try checking your Outlook Mail options:

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I am using Outlook 2003. I found "Display a Desktop Alert" by following these steps:

1.On the Tools menu, click Options.
2.On the Preferences tab, click E-mail Options.
3.Click Advanced E-Mail Options.
4.Click Desktop Alert Settings.
