Change sender's email to plain text

Post by jmt356 »

I have a sender that is always sending me emails with lots of images, which never display correctly unless downloaded. I want these to display as plain text emails. I spent time all around my account settings with the sender to see if there was a way to receive emails as plain text only. I could not find one. Is there a way to do this from my end, using Outlook 2003?
Regards,

JMT

You can set Outlook to display ALL incoming messages as plain text: see How to view all e-mail messages in plain text format.
But as far as I know, you cannot set this for a specific sender only.
Best wishes,
Hans

I could not find that setting on the sender's web site email configure page or in the sender's email itself either.

Huh? It's an Outlook setting, not a website setting nor a per message setting. The article describes it in detail.
Best wishes,
Hans
