Re: AutoArchive settings for my Inbox
Right-click Inbox in the folder tree in Outlook.
Select Properties from the context menu.
Activate the AutoArchive tab of the Properties dialog.
This screenshot is from Outlook 2010, but it's basically the same as Outlook 2003.
You can let Inbox be AutoArchived according to the default settings, or using custom settings, or not at all. Click the radio button corresponding to your preference.
If you want to use the default settings, select 'Archive items in this folder using the default settings'. You can view and change the default settings by clicking the 'Default Archive Settings' button. (This button will be disabled if you select one of the other options.)
If you want to use customized settings, select 'Archive this folder using these settings'. You can then edit the custom settings. (The custom settings will be disabled if you select one of the other options).
Click OK when done.
Select Properties from the context menu.
Activate the AutoArchive tab of the Properties dialog.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
