Android Chrome has an excellent language translation feature. A simple click in the 3 ... (screen top right)and then Translate gives an instant result which is mostly accurate (in English at least) or certainly accurate enough to deduce what is on the original foreign language screen display.
However, using Chrome on Windows 11 it seems that the only way to translate is to copy the screen and paste into eg Google Translate.
Is there an easier method
Chrome translate

Re: Chrome translate
Thanks Hans.
When I looked earlier at this I missed this setting ... The offer to translate was Off. I think that this dates back to when I installed the Windows 10/11 update.
