I keep getting nags from websites that say I cannot view content without JavaScript enabled.
I searched and found a solution that says that one must go into about:config and change the JavaScript Enabled option to True.
I did that but still get the nags and miss content.
What besides this . . .
must I change to enable JavaScript in Firefox 50.0 in Win7?

Re: Turning JavaScript On in Firefox
Do you have an extension that blocks JavaScript by default, such as NoScript?
Best wishes,
Hans

Yes, I have NoScript. I tried to find information about enabling only JavaScript in NoScript but could find nothing.

The default use for NoScript is to allow JavaScript on a site-by-site basis. When you visit a site on which NoScript blocks JavaScript, you can allow that site, or all components of that site, either temporarily or permanently:
If you want to whitelist all top-level sites that you visit temporarily, click the NoScript button and select Options...
Activate the General tab, and tick the corresponding check box:
Then click OK.
This is less secure than whitelisting individual sites, of course.

Re: Turning JavaScript On in Firefox
Thanks, Hans!
I don't know what I did to start this behavior. I didn't have this problem with the JS nags until recently (last few weeks).
I'll take care of white listing each site I visit often.
