Firefox 46.0.1 was released on the 3rd of May. It contains some bug fixes. See the Release Notes.

Getting a complete download is preferable as one can later reinstall firefox and get the version you are used to.
I only upgrade FF when my Bank forces me to. ("never be first with the newest or last with the oldest")

For those who want to get a particular version of FF, this page has complete downloads of every version from 0.8 and on...

Note that it is uses a text sort not a numeric sort.
