Update: Firefox 34 released

Firefox 34 is available from Download Firefox in your language or from the internal update mechanism.
For new users, the default search engine is now Yahoo! instead of Google (existing users will keep the search engine they already had as default).

I don't follow Mozilla that closely any more, but from what I understand by default you get a different search UI for the en-US version compared to other versions. I believe the other versions get it in Firefox 35, or you can toggle a hidden preference, browser.search.showOneOffButtons, to true in about:config to turn it on.

Thanks. I do use the en-US version, but I hadn't noticed this feature yet since I tend to search from the address bar instead of from the search box.

Strange...when I try to update from the internal link, it says OK, now restart to finish update,it reverts back to version 33.1.1????
I DL the latest English (US) version and it now has version 34.0.5 installed OK.
I wonder why it didn't update from the internal link?
