Disable and remove Ad Tiles from Firefox in Windows

I'm not sure but I seem to recall reading something here about FF Ads in the tabs? Could be wrong, but anyhow...here is an article I came across that informs that switching back to classic view will stop the ads. I don't use FF, so its just a :2cents: post.
