No title of video appears

No title of video appears
Up till recently when I hovered the cursor over a video icon on You Tube the title of the said video appeared but this feature has suddenly stopped doing so. Is there some setting that needs tweaking to restore this please. Thanks Dave.

I don't see titles either - I assume that Google has removed them in a recent update to YouTube.
