How to resize the Search bar? I can change length of Address Bar via double arrows and dragging length of its right end, but cannot 'independently' work on the Search Bar ( want to make it shorter).
Thank you.

Re: Search Bar - Resize
So you don't want the address box and search box to fill the available space in the Navigation toolbar?
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Search Bar - Resize
If the address box and search box are next to each other on the Navigation toolbar, you can drag the space that separates them to the left or right. In other words, you can make one wider and the other narrower, or vice versa, but you can't set their widths individually.
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Search Bar - Resize
Thank you. I thought I had remembered, from years ago, a work-around for manually adjusting the sizes.
I wanted to add some additional items to right of Search bar--add real estate.
As ALWAYS, your helps is most appreciated.

Re: Search Bar - Resize
You can right-click an empty part of the title bar and select Customize... from the context menu. You can then add new items to the Navigation toolbar. The existing items will adjust themselves automatically.
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Search Bar - Resize
Yes, I am aware of that. The Search bar is just so much longer than necessary.
