My home page is Astronomy Picture of the Day. (Today's is stunning!) In the past, each day I fired up the internet the picture of the day would display. But now the picture which displays is the picture which last loaded. In order to display the current picture I have to click the refresh button. I don't think this is anything to do with APOD because I have seen this behaviour with other web sites too.
Does anyone know what's happening and what I can do to not have to manually refresh.
Thanks
Graeme

Select Tools | Internet Options...
Click the Settings button in the Browsing history section.
Make sure that the "Never" radio button is NOT selected. For most purposes, "Automatically" should be sufficient, but you can experiment with selecting one of the first two options ("Every time I visit the web page" and "Every time I start Internet Explorer").
