LOOP the dates in header of csv

this is a header part of complete csv file.
I need a code to read each dates with a loop or for next between VALORE and Totale.

Note:
Naturally the number of dates are dinamiclly based the month in this case the month is Jenary

It is not a real CSV file and Excel displays an error message when I try to open it:

I believe it is tab-delimited, not comma delimited...
