grid32.ocx could not be loaded

when i call via Add Component in IDE of VB 6, have this error, how to resolve?

Can you find grid32.ocx on your hard disk?

In Windows Explorer/File Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\SysWow64.
Do you see a file named grid32.ocx in this folder?

yes sure!
And i have registered with admin privilege

That's what I was going to suggest next. What message did you get when you registered the ocx file?
