WebBrowser

Post by D Willett »

Hi.
With an embedded WebBrowser control in a form, pdf documents are opened within the browser control, however, there are a couple of machines which open a pdf document in another instance outside of the vb6 exe.
So if I click to load a document within my forms web browser control, it doesn't, it opens in a new instance of Adobe Reader.

Is there a setting in the reader to prevent this?

Cheers

I found this too.
Just fixed it, roll adobe reader back to v9.0 then from preferences tick the "Open in Browser", then take it back up to XI.

What are Adobe playing at these days ?? Have they any idea who they are messing with ??
