Aligning controls on a form

This is somethin new for me;I allowed Access (2007) to create a form for me, then I dived in to arranege things how I wanted. only trouble is most of the controls are aligning themselves in the center of the displayed form (and a couple are not????)

Where (and what) is the setting for this please?
