Wrapping text in text field on report

I have a field on a report whose recordsource is a memo field. I am trying to wrap the text so that the entire field shows on the report.

I have set "Can Grow" and "Can Shrink" to Yes in the text box properties. I have also set "Can Grow" and "Can Shrink" to Yes in the detail section properties.

Problem: The field is truncating, no matter what I do. Is there something else I can do so that the entire memo field shows on my report?

Memo fields truncate if any kind of formatting or grouping is applied to them - see Truncation of Memo fields.

This memo behavior is sure weird although I'm sure there must be a reason behind its weirdness.
