List of fields on a form.

This list is available in Access 2003 but i cannot find it in Access 2007.

In Access 2007/2010 you can - stupidly - display either the field list or the property sheet but not both at the same time. Activate the Design tab of the ribbon and click Add Existing Fields to display the field list.

Those are the available fields from the source of the form, what i want to see is the list of fields that are currently used on a form.

The list of "objects" on the form (the form itself, its sections and controls) can be viewed in the dropdown at the top of the Property Sheet:

If Pat means the list of objects, as I suspect, it is on the left hand side of the Formatting (Form/Report) toolbar.

You can add this to the Quick Access Toolbar. You will find it under All Comands...Object
