Renaming a dataview form

I have this datasheet view form that is linked to the correct query/table and its name is correct in the objects "view pane", however the name appearing at the top of the form is incorrect and I don't know how to rename it. I'll attach a couple of images.
The name at the top of the form should be "frmTradeStationExDates" like the name appears in the objects.
How do I change it?

Open the form in design view.
If necessary, open the Property Sheet (press F4 if you don't see it).
Set the Caption property (it's the first property on the Format tab).
