Error in Opening the DB

Greetings!
Hope all are fine and safe.
I have an Access DB which was created in 2002 with 3/4 modules, reports and queries which has around 95000+105000+45000 records.
Since last few months I am facing some problem opening the DB, which gives some error messages as attached.

If I change the file name it will open, this is what I am doing for quite some time, which will work for 1 or 2 weeks, again the same problem will come.

Is there any other solution for this issue.

This is a known problem that has been plaguing Access for quite a while now. See Access reports that databases are in an 'inconsistent state' for more information and a workaround.

Not a real solution, but the article does describe a workaround.
